We support you in a broad variety of ways ranging from specific professional projects, to more personal matters including emotionally challenging events and transitions.
BOOK AN APPOINTMENTIn confidential one to one sessions, we look at your current day to day life and decide which areas you feel could do with some development. It isn’t necessary for you to be completely clear on this at first. By talking things through your personal focus points will emerge.
You will be encouraged to create clear mental imagery of how you would prefer certain aspects of life to be and together we form strategies to bring about the changes that are most important to you.
As experienced Life Coaches, we use a variety of methods and techniques to facilitate you working things out for yourself. We may seek to identify the root causes of your behavioural patterns enabling you to truly understand and take charge of your decision making.
We provide unbiased support acting as your ‘critical friend’. Although absolutely in your corner, as coaches we gently challenge you in a purposeful, positive way.
Our role is to help you manage and control aspects of your life by helping you develop your insight, focus and self-accountability. There is no judgement whatsoever and your privacy is completely and totally assured.
